Favorite villian..... lets see! How about Neflight? He's nice, and he has a really interesting story. He has a lot of power, and had good in him.

Ok, I know it's Prettiest or Handsome, but I'm going to have to do both. 
Prettiest: Sailor Pluto. :D She's the most beautiful one in the whole show. 

Handsome: Darien. The other guys in the show are kind of ugly, he's not.

I think it would be Darien (tuxedo mask) and Serena (sailor moon) , they are the ULTIMATE couple. They are so cutee and help each other. When the other is in danger they do their best to save them and cry for them.
